Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Baby Bathhouse! We are delighted to offer a range of spa services for parents, guardians, caregivers and their little ones. Before making a reservation, please take the time to read and understand our terms and conditions.

Reservations: All spa services require a reservation. To book, please schedule an appointment online via our bookings page. We accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards transactions via our website inline with our privacy policy. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur, but we kindly ask that you reschedule at least 36-hours' prior to your appointment, to allow other to book for that time slot. If you need to reschedule with less than 2-hours' notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service. If you do not show up for your appointment without rescheduling 2-hours prior, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

No Refund Policy: We have a no refund policy for all services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know immediately so we can do our best to address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we may offer you a credit to use towards another service at our spa.

Safety: The safety and well-being of our clients and their babies is our number 1 priority. Before booking a service, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns you may have. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to the health or safety of the baby or our staff. Our team of certified professionals is trained to provide safe and effective services for infants inline with the services we offer. We use only safe and non-toxic products at Baby Bathhouse, and we follow strict hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment. You must not leave your baby unattended at any time, and you must supervise your baby at all times.

Privacy: We respect the privacy of our clients and their babies. All personal information provided during the booking process is kept confidential and is only used to provide the best possible service to our clients. We may take photos or videos of your baby during their service, but we will not use them for any promotional purposes without your consent.

By booking a service at Baby Bathhouse, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions, and have also read, understood and signed the indemnity waiver.
